Deadline November 10th. ABSOLUTELY NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED! NWSS will not allow late entries for the Highland show.
Exhibitors must submit all show entries to NWSS only at nationalwestern.com/livestock-shows/livestock-exhibitors (new entry link this year); no show entries to AHCA. This includes all junior, market and group classes too. All exhibitors must submit the AHCA Sale Entry & Ticket Order Form (below) to enter the National Sale, pay AHCA Show and Jackpot Class Fees, order banquet tickets, etc. This can be emailed to info@highlandcattleusa.org or submit the online version below.
Hotel Reservations:
The Denver Marriott Westminster (7000 Church Ranch Blvd, Westminster) is our headquarters hotel. The rate is $129/night; 1-4 people/room. There are two ways to book: 1) call (720) 887-1177 and ask for the American Highland Cattle Association room rate or 2) online at https://book.passkey.com/go/2026StockShow. Reservation deadline December 29, 2025. They are keeping the bar open until 10 PM Weds-Fri so you can visit with friends. Parking is complimentary including trailers.
Trailer parking will also still be at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park 6000 Victory Way, Commerce City in the NWSS lot. It is a flat $50 to park for the duration of the event, payable upon arrival.
