AHCA Sale Entry & Ticket Order Form

*IMPORTANT: All show entries must be entered with NWSS only at nationalwestern.com/livestock-shows/livestock-exhibitors.
No show entries to AHCA.

All exhibitors must submit the AHCA Sale Entry & Ticket Order Form to enter the National Sale, pay AHCA Show and Jackpot Class fees, order banquet tickets, etc.

For Semen Lots

Submit 100 max word description, photo and video by Nov 10th here and semen quality sheet and letter of acknowledgement from collection facility stating where eligible for export, if applicable, to sales@highlandcattleusa.org. All buyers/sellers will be notified when genetics can be released; all must be shipped within 60 days of sale.

For Embryo Lots

Submit 100 max word description, photo and video by Nov 10th here and embryo recovery sheet and letter of acknowledgement from collection facility stating where eligible for export, if applicable, to sales@highlandcattleusa.org. All buyers/sellers will be notified when genetics can be released; all must be shipped within 60 days of sale.
